Kelly (formerly Whisper) was abandoned along with his (assumed) siblings at about 5 weeks of age. Their story is here.
He was placed in a new home on 12 December 1999, through C.A.R.E.
None -- he was too busy playing to cooperate with the camera. All he gave was a blur and a backside.
